We all have our own interpretation of comfort foods, and mine is the smell of Butter Cookies at my grandma’s house. In this class we will attempt to bring back some of your fondest memories. We will make a rich and creamy Macaroni and Cheese followed by a traditional Chicken Pot Pie with a biscuit top and of course creamy mashed potatoes and, in honor of grandma, we will whip up some butter cookies.
