How to Make a Simple but Delicious Hollandaise Sauce

Blender Hollandaise Sauce Ingredients: 3 Egg yolks ¼ tsp Dijon mustard 1 Tbsp Lemon juice Dash Tabassco ½ cup Butter (1 stick) Preparation: 1. Put first four ingredients in blender and combine, blending for 5 seconds. 2. Melt butter in microwave, about 1 minute. 3.
